I'm a PhD student co-supervised by Prof Sir Tom Blundell (Department of Biochemistry) and Prof Pietro Lio (Department of Computer Science & Technology). My research focusses on applications of geometric deep learning to problems in structural biology and drug discovery. During my PhD I have spent time at MILA Quebec, X - The Moonshot Factory (formerly Google X) and Relation Therapeutics. I maintain the open source projects Graphein and VSCoding-SequenceÂ
